What do i do if my bracelet does not fit?
If you ordered an incorrect bracelet size please email us at email@example.com. Please note, we do offer custom sizing if there ever is an issue we can arrange an exchange. However, it is important you realise you are liable for the return shipping costs and it must be sent back with no damage to the bracelet.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, at the moment international shipping is only applicable to United States and United Kingdom. Keep in mind, we do also ship domestically within Australia.
How long until my product is shipped?
Most likely once your order is placed, our team are able to send the items out in 5-7 business days, which will include order tracking. However, during our busier periods we may take an extended amount of time due to the high amount of orders being processed.
Are your products synthetic?
Our team happily use authentic gemstones and our leather strands are also pure and authentic.
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) as well as PayPal and Afterpay.
How long can shipping take?
During the months of October to December please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery due to the high volume we experience in terms of orders. This is so our artisans can handcraft each design to a high quality and they are able to be seen over by our team to ensure they do not have any defects. They are then shipped which takes approximately 14-21 days.
If you do make a purchase from November 1st or after, you understand you may not receive your product in time for Christmas and no refunds will be given for this reason.
